Although we keep records of members names and contact details, these are only available to the officers of the society to keep members informed of upcoming events or, occasionally other important information. They are not shared with other members or third parties. Wherever possible contact is made by e-mail using the bcc system to keep e-mail addresses confidential.
We do not share or disclose members email addresses, telephone numbers or postal addresses with third parties. Members are contacted by email (when we have their details) using the bcc system, so that other members do not see individual email addresses. These are purely for our own administrative use and telephone calls from us are only made where it is necessary to clarify any issues.
